COVID-19 Important Information

As we continue to monitor developments and consider contingency plans in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, our priority is the safety of our employees and ensuring our ability to continue to serve our client’s needs.

ThompsonBaker’s Business Continuity Team is composed of leaders and subject matter experts across our business lines. This team is meeting daily to assess the impact on our business, in our communities, advise our staff and develop/deploy action plans.

In terms of prevention, we are reiterating the importance of following recommended best practices of the Centers for Disease Control (the “CDC”) for health and hygiene. We are limiting the travel of our staff to reduce interactions outside our office with customers and vendors.

To continue serving you under various scenarios, including where travel is limited or employees are working remotely, our team has remote and secure access to essential resources (documents, software etc.) and tele and videoconferencing platforms.

We have a company-wide contingency plan in place and are working with our partners to ensure that we advance best practices under multiple scenarios. This is a rapidly evolving situation and we will, of course, continue to communicate with you on developments as applicable.

In the near term, we encourage you to focus on the health and safety of your family, employees and colleagues, proactively communicating pertinent information on prevention, health resources and the impact on your organization. You can view the most recent information on ThompsonBaker’s latest plans and actions on our webpage at www.thompsonbaker.com and/or on the ThompsonBaker Agency Facebook page.

As of Tuesday, March 24th, our office in downtown St. Augustine is closed to visitors and customers. We will continue to maintain essential staff at the office to continue day to day operations, but the majority of our staff will begin working remotely immediately.

ThompsonBaker Agency operates in a Cloud computer environment and has the capability to continue to run our business operations with remote staff. Our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 12 Noon & 1:00PM to 5:00PM will continue during this time.

Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 904-824-1631 with any questions.

Sincerely,
Matt Baker
