Margaret Baker joined ThompsonBaker Agency initially in 1990 and returned in 2023 after taking time off to raise and educate her three daughters. She’s excited to be back at the Agency and looks forward to stepping back into the position of Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Margaret loves spending time with her husband of thirty years, and their daughters. She enjoys cooking, reading, physical activities, and serving at their church.

Christina joined ThompsonBaker Agency in 2022 and holds a 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty License. She earned a BA in Communications from the University at Albany and relocated to Palm Coast from New York.

She has over 15 years of experience in management, customer service, and retail and is excited to help clients. In her free time, she loves to sing, do yoga, and swim. Currently, she sings with the St. Augustine Community Chorus and Flagler Beach UMC Choir.

Education: Studied Fashion Design at the University of Nebraska, Kearney

Patty joined Thompson Baker in 2024. She holds her 215 Life, Health, and Annuities license with the State of Florida Department of Financial Services. Patty has two decades of experience in administrative office experience in several industries including Optometry, Commercial Construction and Law. The last decade she worked as an administrative assistant in the financial services industry in Oklahoma. New to Florida, she, and her husband like walking the ancient city, listening to live music, and meeting new people. Patty has five grown kids. She says that raising them was her favorite job.

Gabriel grew up in South Florida and graduated with a Bachelors degree from St. Thomas University. He has over 30 years of professional sales and customer service experience, including 15 years of pharmaceutical sales. He ran his own Medical Management company for 8 years.

Gabriel is a licensed Property and Casualty agent and holds a Life, Health and variable annuities license. He began his insurance career in 2015 and has experience in Commercial, Personal and Health lines of Insurance.

In 2006 he and his family relocated to St. Augustine, Florida. Gabriel has been married for over 28 years and has two sons. He and his wife volunteer with local charities in the community and he is an active member of the Knights of Columbus. His hobbies are golf and hiking.

Tanya has recently joined ThompsonBaker as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She currently holds her P&C License and is pursuing her CIC. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and spending time at the lake.

Alyson joined ThompsonBaker in 2022 as a Commercial Lines Administrator and holds a 4-40 Customer Service Representative & 2-20 General Lines License. She has over 8 years of experience in the Insurance Industry with an extensive background in Customer Service. Alyson graduated from Louisiana State University and was a member of the LSU Swimming and Diving team. Alyson is originally from Texas but moved to St. Augustine in 2020 and enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and being outdoors.
