Congratulations to our very own Kellie Brandes for winning the 2016 Florida Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year! To qualify for the top state honor, Kellie submitted an essay on how she came into the insurance industry and what four reason she stayed and built a career. Through her contributions to our agency, the industry, the clients and community, Kellie was chosen for her “outstanding service and professionalism throughout the insurance community.” This prestigious award is given to 42 people in different participating states throughout the country and is now eligible to receive the National Outstanding CSR of the year award.
Kellie has been with ThompsonBaker since 2013 and currently works as a senior large Commercial Lines Account Manager. Her extensive background in all aspects of commercial insurance management skills, strong technical expertise, proven competence in the insurance industry and her ability to develop long term relationships with clients make her a unique and valuable asset to our organization. Kellie loves working with people and cares for her customers and coworkers like few in the industry do.
Kellie is not only a great team member at ThompsonBaker, she is also very involved in her community. She is a board member of the Jacksonville Marine Association, a mentor for the Take Stock in Children organization, works closely with the American Diabetes Association, and is involved with the Education First High School Exchange program. When she isn’t busy helping the community or winning awards, she enjoys playing golf and spending time on the water with her two children.
